The Installation Procedure
Our
truck will arrive on the required date and
needs to have access to the site. [Picture

Our
installers will drill neat 22mm holes to
access the cavity at different spacings in
the wall. This is to ensure that the
polypearl will fill every possible nook and
cranny, all around windows and doors, wall
corners etc.

For
existing dwellings,
these holes are drilled in the
outside to cause minimum disturbance
as possible. |

For
new dwellings, these
holes are drilled on the inside. The
holes will be completely covered by
plasterwork. |
The
polypearl mixture is pumped into the walls at
high pressure ensuring a complete cavity fill
|
For
existing dwellings,
the holes are filled with cement
mixed carefully with coloured sand to
match as closely as possible to the
existing mortar, which soon becomes
indistinguishable from the original. |

For
new dwellings, the
holes will be completely covered by
normal plastering, leaving no trace
of work done. This will be done by
your plaster. |
The
installation is complete.
The
glue which holds the beads together will set
within 2 hours

When is the installation
carried out?

For existing
dwellings, the installation can be carried
out immediately without any preperation on
the home owners behalf. |

For new
dwellings, installation is normally carried
out after the doors and windows have been
installed and before plasterwork has begun. |

professional standards. We do not sub-contract any of
our work.
How Long does it take?
The installation process is fast and efficient and
takes less than a day in an average sized house.
